2. Why is the colour of oRegion’s Jaggery dark brown?
Colour of the jaggery fades away due to over-processing with chemicals. Since we don’t use any chemicals to process jaggery, it’s natural flavour and colour remains dark brown.
3. Do you add any preservatives in the jaggery?
No. We don’t add any chemical preservatives in the jaggery.
4. What is the special ingredient in this jaggery?

No. Jaggery is an unrefined product of sugarcane. Whereas brown sugar is made with the refining process.
