Shipping Policy

A complete postal address including pin code, email id and valid contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-2 working days and depending on the location, it takes 3-9 days to be delivered. We accept orders only from India.

oRegion (VIROHA FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED) is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-2 days from the date of the order. 
Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID/mentioned contact number as specified during successful creation of order.

Returns and Refunds

Purchases made from online store of www.oregion.in cannot be returned after purchase. We offer full-replacement of products on the following conditions that include:
  • Wrong product received other than ordered
  • Product damaged in transit.
Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates via communication over e-mail or phone within 48 hours of receipt of the order with valid justification and proof. Any queries or concerns beyond 48 hours from order delivery date will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of placing the orders, by writing to us at info@oregion.in. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days
